Ivy-league or bust, 99% of the time. Although they do usually conduct quite a few intervies, needless to say it is very hard to get in.
Unless you know a trader on the desk or have impressive credentials don't bother wasting your postage. Now that you sent your resume "like" 3X you seem desperate, do you even remember if you sent it twice or four times?
