You know very well that a campaign promise, for example, "to cut spending" means cutting spending whenever there is opportunity. The candidate doesn't list out each and every possible opportunity. Wasn't it you who pointed out Christie's use of a helicopter to go to a son's baseball game? You were right then, and wrong now.
