Every once in a while the bullets used on Elitetrader go out of whack and turn into weird triangles with question marks. Sometimes people's posts will also have them in place of quotation marks. What's causing this and/or how can I fix it?
Go to view tab of fire fox, then go to character encoding, try Unicode(utf-8) or other. if it doesn't fix, Go to Tools tab; then Options, then select Content icon on top, go down middle section of Font and Color; then select Advance in middle; new Font window pop up, check the box that allow the page to use their own font.
