I am using eSignal in the UK and am finding that some days data slows up and sometimes I have to reconnect several times before I get a good data flow. The problem is on some intraday time frames like 60 and 15 min. I changed to a new ISP and am getting 19 mbs from UK sites but US sites are substabntially lower. I was wondering if there is anything I could use to point out where a data bottle neck may be occurring. I could try ping plotter etc but surely ping time will not be a good indication of where a data bottle neck would be? I am aware of eSignal data problems at the moment but I want to be sure all is ok on my side Any advice?
