FINANCIALS STILL WEAK-last hr selloff ?

market has rallied but banks are sluggish...selloff is likely

 

Philly bank index down 1.85% on my screen. Relative strength compared to rest of the market.

 

i use the dow financials jpm,c,bac as my index.Those are the heavy hitters.
they didnt rally that much and havent moved much off their lows like they should have.T,msft,intc,ko,amgn made new highs..
