Whatever, not continuing this nonsense. You seem to love to be a hater troll and jump to premature inaccurate conclusions. I'm sure you're an amazing trader.
Freaking irrelevant, dude, since the OP PROMISED us updates. Me thinks the whole backer story was just an excuse to finish his posting presence on ET. ------------------------- Kind of offtopic, but it would be funny if there was a backer who picks up unwanted talent from TST. There were guys here who failed the combine by a few bucks or because of some silly rule. The backer would work with them, if they had issues, correct them, etc. in plain, he would be flexible and do what a real backer is expected to do...
The point is that maybe there's death, injury or sickness involved. The other point is that maybe he IS posting updates ELSEWHERE and decided he will not do it here at ET too for whatever reasons. There has been a few ET members posting the exact same messages at multiple different forums and social media sites like twitter and stocktwits. Yet, as soon as they remove a forum off their list of posting locations while posting elsewhere...folks at that location assume he "blew up his account". Dude. Very relevant if he's still posting elsewhere regardless if he promise anyone anything. Me thinks he shouldn't have said anything here at this forum...its nobody business except for TST. Me also thinks its nobody's business if he's profitable or loser...no need to discuss that at a place like this forum.
He does. He gave his P/L in risk units, whatever that is. No mention of backer. But I agree with you, we shouldn't discuss trading related material on a traders' forum, that would be silly. How about the weather instead? How is the weather in your neck of the woods?
The weather here sucks but maybe because I have to take the bus all the time now (I still have not been given permission by my doctors to drive my auto after my illness). Its cold and the wind drops it down into the -30 range. Anything below -20 is too cold for me unless I'm properly dressed for it. Yeah, not sure what's up with the "risk units" by the OP...I thought that was odd too. As for the so called backer, I'm not a big fan of such...the added pressure of trading with someone's else money would keep me up at night. I can't remember which moderator it was here at ET some years back but he briefly worked for a hedge fund and quit only a few months into it because he was "stressed out" managing money for others.
I'm shocked (I'm not kidding, here): the combination of such cold temperatures and public transport sounds absolutely appalling, especially for someone not in the best of health. Wishing you better on all fronts!
