Finally able to trade Cheddar Cheese

I'll be putting on a cheese spread soon...if I can get some cracker options!

Watch out when they have to deliver... they won't be able to.

I'll wait til the mini cheese gets introduced. Too much risk to trade the Big Cheese contract. They should cut the cheese contract in half and make that the mini.

 

It appears there is a lot of opportunity in trading cheese spreads, but you may want to hedge it with some wheat if you plan to put bread on the table. :eek:
