Be careful in The Swiss market, there are a lot of holes in the book! A meltdown is common when the market heats up.
JP Morgan and GS Sachs hold 50.000 short contracts on the Cheddar. Watch out when they have to deliver... they won't be able to. Short squeeze of the century.
I'll wait til the mini cheese gets introduced. Too much risk to trade the Big Cheese contract. They should cut the cheese contract in half and make that the mini.
It appears there is a lot of opportunity in trading cheese spreads, but you may want to hedge it with some wheat if you plan to put bread on the table. :eek:
