Fills in futures markets

Hey guys,

What determines if you get filled or not when you enter a order in-between the Bid/Ask in the futures market?

can you even do that? I can only either hit the bid or hit the offer if I want in right now!

 

right now the CLF8
bid/ask is 92.55/92.58, so you can put in a limit order on 92.56/57, and you will get filled if somone is willing to sell at 92.56/buy at 92.57.
