all i am saying is that there are no investment gurus.you actually had a better return if you rolled up and bought a piece of real estate.i dont own the property anymore
What was the increase in the notional value of the house? 3k was just your down payment, right? If you had bought Bolton's fund on 20:1 leverage (common for real estate loans) you would have made millions too.
