Can't you already get that with a Schwab One (or another similar type brokerage account - Merrill CMA account)?
Just read the fine print - US checking accounts are for US residents and citizens. Schwab has foreign accounts but w/o the check writing feature. If that's something you really need, you can always incorporate and open any banking account.
