First off, if you can't figure out how to call the US or EU from Russia for free or next to free you are never going to succeed at trading. Second, when trading you need to have your broker's trade desk number on speed dial. (Power outages, internet outages, etc)
Thank you all for responding so quickly. It is already my duty to tell newcomers about what awaits them at the AMP broker. I am 100% sure of 2 things: They will not answer here even if there are and they will continue to be every day of my trade , no matter what they withdraw $60 just like that . I will now write to the supplier of quotations and to support the platform. Maybe they will somehow prompt or help what to do . And what will they say I will unsubscribe here
They turn out to have access to the stock exchange by micro for a full circle of $ 10 . Imagine 10 dollars for 1 micro transaction And if not micro then how much is $20 ?
email them. their statement department email: tdm@ampclearing.com i always email them for statements, they got back to me in a day or two. The first time they set me up in a volume-tier rather than flat fee structure, got commission credit back on the next day.
Do not take another trade with them until you talk them to get answers about the comisson charge. Also, considering you're from Russia...how were you able to open an account with AMP considering you seem reluctant to call via telephone, online live chat or email with them ??? Do you think AMP reads your messages here at ET and can then fix the problem ??? wrbtrader
Contact the LOCAL brokerage you opened the account through. They are setting the commissions! https://www.ampfutures.com/services/foreign-ibs?hsLang=en
He is still lucky. AMP allows the fib to charge $20 per side. Even with normal commissions most people struggle to make money. With $20 per side it is just a matter of days before the account is wiped out. And AMP thinks this is normal???? AMP: Maximum Commissions you can set to be charged is $20.00 per side/contract + fees.
