Yeah, there was reason i didnt go with AMP Europe, that was probably one of them, the lack of platforms compared to the AMP US was another

AMP GLOBAL LTD - AMP GLOBAL (EUROPE) is authorized as a Cypriot Investment Firm “CIF” regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission

AMP GLOBAL CLEARING LLC - AMP GLOBAL (USA) is authorized as a Futures Clearing Merchant “FCM” regulated by the National Futures Association and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission

Clearly not the same business operations. Have you read this thread and excerpts from your support? Fee structure differences, witholding of CQG login details, false information - just to name a few.

@zenlot - we have reviewed your post and we understand that you have a different understanding than what is listed on our website, which is why we are here trying to explain.

    1. Everything AMP support explained is accurate - which we confirmed here.
    2. Commissions are cheaper at AMP Global (Europe) by default than AMP (USA) - only $0.37 for CME Micro E-mini S&P 500.

We do not want you to feel like you not getting what you paid for. If you PM, your AMP Global (Europe) account number - we will process a credit for your CQG Exchange data fee and you can open your account at AMP (USA) - where you will get a direct CQG login.

    @Ates.

Please do not spread false claims. AMP does NOT sell customers traders activity...

After reading your communications with AMP Compliance, you clearly expressed your desire not to have your trades tagged. But...Per Exchange (CME) regulations, all trades are identified with a Tag 50. https://www.cmegroup.com/education/...obex-tag-50-id-requirements-general-rule.html

So your request to NOT have your trades Tagged is impossible, thus AMP Compliance replied with we are unable to approve your request.

We appreciate your desire to continue to trade with AMP, but unfortunately we are unable to accept your orders.

Just an update on 'fees' structure with @AMP_Global , so that no one will fall on their: "we do not charge fees on wire transfers":
    1. Deposit 1000 GBP(pay bank fees at my side, so that AMP receives 1000 GBP, not less).
    2. AMP receives 1000 GBP, takes their charge, and adds to your trading account 986.95 GBP.
    3. Request to withdraw 986.95 GBP.
    4. AMP approves withdrawal, takes their fee, and sends you back: 960.95 GBP.

    Full log:
    Code:
You have submitted a deposit of 1,000.00 GBP.
986.95 GBP has been received and deposited into GBP-XXX-XXXXXXX
986.95 GBP is pending transfer from GBP-XXX-XXXXXXX to BANK.
960.95 GBP have been withdrawn from GBP-XXX-XXXXXXX to BANK.

So quick test on round trip at AMP EU costs: ~4%.

This is what i think. I have asked them not to tag and share my trades with my id with 3rd party and they have disabled my account sending me rude emails. Now they are saying they are sharing our id with CME. Of course they have to share with CME. CME is the exchange. Instead of disabling my account they could basically explain this to me.

Also i have asked them to re-activate my account and they have accepted. I have sent a wire transfer paying costs. After that, they have rejected to re-activate and asked me to withdraw my money and charged me another $30 for it.

Their support is extremely rude and arrogant, especially AMP USA. AMP EU are rude, but still able to carry discussion. AMP USA are just too arrogant for their own sake, e.g specifically the guy "Victor" who's responsible for funds.

Seriously, not sure how anyone is using them for trading. You just can't. If you want to try them out just for access to CQG data and some platforms - that's semi ok, if you're able to cope with the incompetent and arrogant support, but if you want to do real trading - don't, just open account with IB and have proper and polite support and reliable systems.
