@AMP_Global DOH! So now, with your updated client portal, ACH deposits and withdrawals can be done ONLY through the PLAID banking system. Why did you guys do this? I have a hell of a hard time trusting some third-party fintech with my banking username/password. Why, AMP, WHY? Why not also have the old system available for ACH deposits and withdrawals? The one that has worked forever?
It's probably easier for AMP and might reduce their liability if your bank account is hacked. And don't worry about your bank -- you probably already agreed they aren't liable if you share credentials with a third-party app. You can Access the service that requires Plaid. Immediately, change your bank account password. This might not be convenient but at least reduces the window somewhat for hacking into your bank account.
