He is gonna give amnesty to 5 million but 50 million will pour across the border and they will vote democrat.

Cut off the money. Block all appointments. Turn off all discretionary funding to the executive branch so they can't so much as pay for the electricity bill. Insist on an independent prosecutor for IRSgate. Shut it down.

This could be the biggest win for immigrants since Reagan!

get your facts straight. How are 50 million illegals going to vote? They can't even get food stamps.

republicans are too stupid to admit the Reagan amnesty didn't work out well and set a dangerous precedent for executive action.

I don't know how old Peter Pan Hannity was when Reagan was president, but I'll bet those were the best days of his life. They have no vision for the future, they just want to go back to the good old days when they were young.

Currently if an illegal immigrant has children born in the U.S. - the family can get food stamps.

I expect that social benefits such food stamps will shortly be extended to all individuals who are blocked from being deported.

Fair enough, that's what reps get for deifying the man.

Reps are fucking with the wrong man, he is not cowed. Cruz's well documented insistence on not compromising, ever, on shooting down even bipartisan bills reforming immigration, has come back to bite.

  8. That's the whole point of "getting them out of the shadows." First, get them on the full laundry list of welfare benefits, then get them registered to vote democrat.

how does it help you or me to have 11 millio
how does it help you or me to have 11 million illegals who are never going to be deported unable to work legally? Republicans have gone totally on full tilt by bitching about the constitution instead of addressing the problem. Plus there is so much misinformation being spewed forth. Many have the false idea that if you can sneak across the border without getting caught you can go straight to the food stamp and welfare office and start receiving benefits and vote.

My first solution would be to devote all resources necessary to round up every illegal and deport them regardless of how heartbreaking their story is. But that is not going to happen.

My second solution is to guard the border like the old soviet union guarded the Berlin wall. With lights at night and machine guns and orders to shoot anyone trying to cross. But that is not going to happen.

My third solution is, if you live here for 5 years without getting in trouble with the law, here is a ticket, pay your fine, and get at the end of the line for citizenship. In the meantime, here is a green card. You can work legally, but income taxes and social security taxes will be deducted from your check, and you will never qualify for a refund or SSI or be able to vote until you are a full legal citizen.

We have the resources to really crack down on anyone who hires an illegal. I'd rather see a lot of employers serving time in jail than a poor illegal who is willing to work for practically anything as long as it is a job.

In an ideal world, reps would spend trillions on finding every last illegal and deporting them, and them blame the deficit on Obama.
