Fed has a duty to stop this rapidly forming bubble

Canada, canada, canada, how may times I have to repeat myself. Canadians are the largest foreign buyers in US real estate market, residential, hospitality and commercials. But they don't make headlines because they don't go with the high profile deals.

 

That doesn't change the fact that Canada has legislation that discourages foreign buyers.

 

so is the term oxymoron, unless they define what foreigners are, including us persons, blatantly racists.

LOL that sounds like it favors the Canadian race Both of these maybe be a crude method of border control.
Maybe not the best policy nor was the US tariff that favored American race of timber.
I dont think higher taxes are ever good , even if its not racist.
