shortbleu - if you cannot trade the European morning, I would forget the DAX and trade either EMD or TF for the last couple of hours of the US session, ie. during the European evening. Interactive Brokers or Mirus are obvious brokerage choices.
I think IB charges 37 Euros a month for data feed for European indices, so its quite pricey in that respect.
