FCMs to rebate their money managers

  1. Can anyone tell me if it is legally allowed for FCMs to rebate their money managers for managed accounts besides the incentive fees that those are charging to their customers?

  2. Rebate what?

What does the FCM have to do with money manager incentive fees?

Why is a nonForex question about FCMs under "Forex Brokers"?

  3. this is what I mean: For example if a money manager has 30 customers and brings all of them to brokerage company, and negotiates to get rebate from amount of a lot that he trades. means company will pay him 1 per lot he trades on their platform. So if money manager has 100K under management and gets rebate from company then he can IN PURPOSE trade large lots just to earn the rebate. So when money manager lost customers money he still get rebates from brokerage companies! Is in that SCAM? on the NFA website there are few brokerage companies who have done that !
