So true. We didn't even need it to catch the Boston bombers. The Russians did everything but tie a ribbon around them, and we still blew it. The media and democrats couldn't blame Bush quickly enough for 9/11. In their eyes he was personally responsible because of some vague warnings. The Russians sspecifically told us who these guys were and that they were dangerous. It's not like they don't have some experience with Chechen terrorists. Yet we apparently ignored it. No one blames Obama, just like with Benghazi, just like with the IRS, etc etc.
