FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe 'removed' from the bureau

  1. Wow. You are pretty far gone in regard to understanding this issue.

    Fortunately, the IG has it.

Also, in regard "to his being tainted in his oversight of the Mueller investigation" there has not even been any suggestion by me or others that he has oversight of the Mueller investigation. You are too far behind on this issue to comment. Stand down and take notes for a while and see if you can figure out what the issue is.

As I said, the IG has it so your understanding or not is not important.

    sheesh.

  2. A question nobody is asking, why was Obama so 'sure' Trump was never going to be president? What did he know at the time?

    I smell a rat!!

Why do you think the current FBI director took action against McCabe, after seeing the memo and IG info?

Sorry Mr. UsualName, but eight email chains containing Top Secret information, 36 containing Secret, and eight containing Confidential is not "only a small number" given the damage that could be caused by their unauthorized disclosure. This is beyond dispute https://fas.org/sgp/library/quist2/chap_7.html

Also, the FBI's position was not that "Clinton did nothing illegal." It was "although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."

I have had TS/SCI continuously since the early 1980s with at least 8 EBI (now called SSBI) investigations and lots of weird COMSEC endorsements and special access.

If I was discovered to have TS material on my personal laptop outside of a secure facility you would simply never hear from me again and I would be sitting in isolation in a federal high security prison for the rest of my life.

That is what burns my ass. I have seen many colleagues have their careers ended for simple mistakes. A friend of mine lost his tickets for just accidently walking into a secure conference room with his unsecured laptop which was OFF. Others lost their career because someone mismarked a disc that contained classified and that disc was inserted into an unclassified machine. Poof! Career over!

So it is incredibly unfair that the elite class of politicians can have TS material on home servers, personal laptops and phones and not get prosecuted. Any normal guy would be burned down and imprisoned.

I don’t know what you’re saying to be beyond dispute. Confidential information passes through many government official’s hands. Collin Powell used a private email. Is it beyond dispute in his case? No.

This really was an administrative matter. We have Trump people using private emails. A couple of months ago there was an issue with Jared Kushner using private emails.

My statement was it was a small number marked as classified. If you’re apologizing for mistaken my statement, don’t. And, the FBI’s position was “no charges are appropriate.” Meaning, not illegal.

Sorry Mr. UsualName, but you are incorrect yet again.

I didn't "mistaken" your statement about "a small number marked as classified." I ignored it because markings are irrelevant and the duty to protect all classified information -- marked or not -- is exactly the same. This is specifically addressed in the NDA that Clinton signed.

What evidence do you have that Powell or Kushner had Top Secret and Secret and Confidential information on unsecure servers or email? Don't bother. You have none.

At the very least, Clinton's gross negligence violated 18 U.S. Code § 793 and intent is not required. Not charging someone for a crime doesn't mean they didn't commit it.

I'll let you have the last word Mr. UsualName, because I'm a kind person and your posts imply a need to pretend you're right in the face of all evidence to the contrary. Have a nice day!

If you still have that clearance Mr. Snarkhund, you've had it longer than Mr. UsualName has been alive and yet he's the expert. So if you ever get in trouble, please see his latest pronouncements which you can use to get all charges dismissed!

I will take the last word, thank you. I know I’m right in the fact that the fbi conducted an investigation and did find cause to charge.

You and many others seem to believe you are superior investigators than the fbi but I don’t think you are. We will have to agree to disagree on that.
