FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe 'removed' from the bureau

  1. Suddenly the left is concerned about national security. This it top secret stuff, real secret squirrel material. They're always harping on the public's right to know, complete and total transparency is the only path to the truth. Yeah, so long as the truth is as they deem it to be. Now they're going all Sgt. Shultz. These people are nothing if not consistent in their bullshit.

  2. I imagine that these fbi types will avoid prosecution the way lerner did and she avoided impeachment too. On the plus side, it will lead to the removal of 6-8 senior FBI/Justice types, two down already (comey and McCabe), and three scheduled for removal (strzok and page and another guy who was just demoted) and a few more in the wings. So there will progress on draining the swamp but probably not enough jail time to give a feeling of satisfaction. McCabe and a couple others should actually be disbarred, although that probably is not on the horizon either.

Although it seldom gets discussed much, I have always been a big believer that there is no removing Mueller and stopping all of that. So the only defense is a good offense. You have to on the offense and damage the reputations and credibility and motives of all the witch hunters. As I put in the past "you have to flood the zone" with countervailing information and disclosures about the witch hunters, the fbi, and the dems to the point that when Mueller unloads his pile of crap the public is equally thinking about the dirt on the fbi and dems. In that regard, I think all this stuff going on with the FBI and the coming disclosures about the dossier/fisa/dnc is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB for that purpose. And it has not even started yet. And when the inspector general's report comes out, there will be a whole new cycle of opposition material to work with. For example, just last week, people were wiggling trump around as far as whether he was trying to fire McCabe. By this time next week, the public will be asking why McCabe was not removed earlier. Guaranteed. Comey and the dems set out to sic Mueller on to trump and they won on that, thanks to Sessions. But Comey has ended out calling the artillery in on the FBI and totally destroying the reputation of his tenure. And the dem opposition research/Fusion will end out calling the artillery in on the dnc/Hillary. Fine. there are risks to getting to aggressive and defensive in a political wichhunt fight, but there are risks to just laying low and not launching your attacks. Let the blood flow. Go after Mueller too and destroy him the minute it is clear he plans to prosecute but not before. Show him no mercy. The public sees that the fbi was/is biased against trump and for Hillary.

I suspect this dossier is an insurance policy against a court saying that everything discovered pursuant to the that first fisa warrant is thrown out.

The prosecutor could then say we would have found it anyway due to this other dossier.

This is such crooked prosecutor tactic these guys should go to jail to to bottom.

This drives me nuts as an american who understands the constitution and how courts work. That the FBI and DOJ do this crap is so unacceptable. To complain about Russia and use gestapo like prosecutor tactics.. is just so disgusting.

another oppo research dossier to try and bypass a potential ruling throwing your evidence out... I just can't even describe how anti american that is.

  7. I hear that bigly.

These clowns played and are playing are very high risk game though. On the plus side, it sounds like the FISA was serious about things- it is just that the government lied to the judge or committed a fraud on the court. It has been established for a long time that the FISA Court rejected a request for a warrant and then the government came back again and eventually got it. That is sort of on the record and I guess is knowable from looking at docket activity or something even though other information is redacted.

As we get closer to knowing the real story, leak/rumor is that that the request was for a warrant on Carter Page and his contacts. Allegedly, the government tried to get it just by establishing that he had been to Russia, even though he has a long history of doing business in Russia and elsewhere. Allegedly the court rejected it, so the government re-petitioned the court and buttressed the revised warrant with dossier bullshit from the Clinton Camp. Not pretty if true.

Now contrary to what the libtards are thinking, I am not stating that this has been established yet. I have only said that objected Rosenshleppe withholding information for six months to keep us from getting to the real story.

But the other point, is in regard to your point about their trying to game the FISA Court by switching in other possible sources for the same info even though they did not present it. My point would be if they used the dossier crap to support a motion that the court had already rejected- a scenario where the court had already shown that it was being meticulous and requiring solid probable cause and they flim-flammed the court, well, I am just thinking that is not going to end well. That sounds like the wrongggggg judge to try that with, even it goes on down at the district court every day where the local judge helps to hold up cue cards for local prosecutor who is hung over.

Hopefully we shall know more in the coming weeks. Very rough year coming up for the FBI/Clintons. It's rough right now. Then once this round is digested, the IG report comes out and starts another cycle. Then later in the year you start getting all the stuff surfaces from defense teams going after the fbi. And also later in the year, the Clinton Foundation investigation will be generating lots of facts and rumors.

The government is still dicking around with disclosure on some of this stuff. The defense teams will put an end to that or move the court to dismiss. If charged, Trump and others have an absolute right to see whatever the prosecution has seen, particularly if exculpatory. They are not worried about how Rosenstein and Comey end out looking like all the current fbi clowns are.

  8. If only we had a republican president, he could order the DOJ and FBI to cooperate with congress and turn everything over. Or fire anyone who dragged their heels in doing so.

This business is bizarre. If you were someone with a distinguished career and generally regarded by your colleagues as dedicated, hard working and competent, and then someone you didn't know, and who didn't know you, called what you do for a living "phoney", and called one of your friends whom you had high regard for a "leaker", and on top of all of that tried to insinuate, without one shred of evidence, that your wife who was a State politician, was being funded illegitimately in her election campaign, would you think kindly toward that person? Good Lord!, I hope not!

Have we become a become a country where boorish, asinine behavior in our President is acceptable?
