Thanks Daal. I used ZNGA RENN GSVC as my "can short" proxies for FB. You're right that LNKD is moving in tandem with FB, but I think LNKD is probably more of an institutional favourite than FB, given its history in "beating the number" in recent quarters. Whereas ZNGA RENN GSVC seem to be more hyped up "FB plays" with less institutional interest.
My banker friend said they aren't offering anything. They want to see where the vol will open after the options get listed. But they will consider a one off structure. Anyway, this is pulling teeth. You aren't sharing your information and yet you want to conduct a conversation. What's being offered? Are they auto callables? Vanilla warrants? Boosters?
