Every day another 2 or 3 lawsuits against FB and all based on the same argument. We have to assume that that argument is pretty sound if so many law firms are willing to gamble on it. If FB stonewalls its share price will steadily decline due to uncertainty. If FB settles its share price will decline because a settlement will confirm the argument which claims a forecast by Zuckerberg et al made available to a chosen few of declining earnings. FB is a very sick puppy.
