  3. FB is trading at 75 times earnings. Are you hoping it goes to 150 times earnings or that it double earnings bringing itch own to 36 times. Either way, 75 times is very expensive and waiting for a meltdown.

  5. aren't you concerned with the upcoming release of shares? That seems to be the biggest problem I see with FB.

Facebook currently has a "float" (tradable shares) of about 420 million, which were sold at the IPO. This represents 15% of the company's outstanding shares.

August 15th, 2012 (next Thursday): 268 million shares, 10% of shares outstanding.
October 14th: 249 million shares, 9% of shares outstanding.
November 13th: 1.332 billion shares, 49% of shares outstanding.
December 13th: 124 million shares, 5% of shares outstanding.
May 17th, 2013: 47 million shares, 2% of shares outstanding.

Over the next 4 months, in other words, 2 billion Facebook shares will become eligible for sale—about 70% of Facebook's total shares outstanding.

  8. I'm going to feed you some trading and investing rules to see if they make a dent in your delusion and lack of knowledge.

The trend is your friend until it ends......

FB. Trend is down so since the train is going the other way, what you are really saying is you are gambling with your money and you want to share your gambling expertise on ET.
This really is not a good time to buy untill the trend reverses.

  9. FB is trading at 4 times the average PE ratio of the S & P.

Therefore, It need to quadruple earnings while keeping the share price as is to be on par with likes of APPLE.
