favorite guitar solos

  1. There's an album somewhere of Al Dimeola, John McLaughlin and Paco de Lucia, not necessarily all flamenco, but leaning in that direction.

  6. If you've ever played in a band or are a Who fan, this is a fantastic video of the late and great John Entwhistle playing "Won't Get Fooled Again" live.

    The bass is totally isolated and really underscores where the other part of that powerful Who sound came from. If you've got an axe, play along, the main progression of the opening signature chords are A G D.

  7. All those YouTube parodies of Yngwie are hilarious! My stomach hurt the 1st time I watched those! He may be a bigger ass... but so are alot of 'rock stars' and rappers. The only difference? Yngwie has talent! :)
