Thanks Mr. Turtle! I'm having a little bit of a problem understanding all that. Who was selling SPY below 50 day moving average, and buying VEA, VWO above moving average? Some kind of WSJ service or recommendation page of something, the "markets page"? And they were selling the former and buying the latter when the former went below, and the latter above, their 50 day moving average? Interesting!
%% Mr SoyG; WHO was sellin' SPY below50dma?????And Vice\versa on buying VEA\VWO above 50dma?????,?????I was buying VEA,VWO also IF you will look on weekly chart or even daily chart =most everybody buyingVEA/VWO then ; + SPY signal 200dma starts pointing UP DEC 1st/even though @ that time its not much of a signal 2nd question, no. BUT many traders investors, elephant + whale size funds use that50/200dma as a good signal/assume fundamentals are favorable . Some are buying INTC a bit today\ but 50\200dma are so bad i dont even have time to look @INTC fundamentals..................................................................................
Yes meemaw, WSJ provides a long/short buy-side service generating SMA signalz! You must be a prodigy in your basket-weaving circle.
