This, or having guys less attractive, less intelligent, ones that just make an ass out of themselves in return making the others look good, there are many ways. Pretty much any way females would, men do too, maybe it's just not as obvious sometimes. After going to so many bars and clubs you pick up on these "groups."
most of the chicks i know will congregate with chicks of similar hotness. there might be one hideous b* in the group (either a relative of a group member, or she was invited out of pity); but for the most part the group is homogeneous. fat chicks don't feel secure in a group of all hot chicks; they feel left out because when guys approach the group, the ugly one is ignored. don't you guys remember in high school, all the cheerleaders and pretty girls would hang out in their own groups? they never invited the fat chick. fatty would hang out in the dungeons & dragons group with guys or ugly girls.
it's not a win for the fat girl. the hot guys will only talk and flirt with the hot girls, while ignoring the ugly chick. she has nothing to gain; in fact, it's worse than being in a group of fat girls because in that case, at least the other group members will be available to socialize amongst themselves because no guys will approach them. whereas in a group of hot chicks, the fat girl will end up alone for most of the night.
Find Chris Rock's routine on fat women getting ready for Friday nite. It's lay - down funny. Best line is "oh, girl, you gotta gut." and her response, "yeah, but they some good pussy under this gut."
