  1. So after I've made my own Fund, and happen to have a shitty day, can I say "We are in pain" :D

  3. Yes, I did see their website. But they're in a different state and have not trademarked the term "Oasis Capital", so would it be OK for me to register "Oasis Capital, LLC" in Illinois?

  4. Feel free to post some more ideas. I'll check with my attorney on whether I can register "Oasis Capital". Don't want any trouble down the line...and Oasis Capital Partners is a lot bigger than I am and I'm sure has a lot more attorneys than I do :D

  10. Had more broker troubles today that cost me a litte bit. I was short 1 ER2 @ 576.10 this morning, and tried exiting at 575.80, but the order was stuck and never went through. I guess their platform routes the orders for ER2 to Rand Financial (clearing firm) and then it goes to Globex, and Rand's system was down so my order was stuck at Rand. So I just sat there while ER2 went against me. My broker bailed me out at 576.90. So, instead of a 0.3 pt gain, the trade was closed with a 0.80 pt loss. I'm not too pissed since it was only 1-lot, but what if it was a 10-lot or larger size on the trade. I'd be pissed then. My broker is going to talk to the owner of OEC and see how he can resolve this issue. I'll post here on how they handle this, but I am a bit spooked by this incident.

In other news, Fast lost total discipline this morning and went on a SELLING spree continuously selling ES into the up-trend  . More on that later (maybe)
