LOL...not a bad name, but I don't wanna scam people into thinking the LLC is something, that it is clearly not.

Aaron Schindler made a post on ET a few days ago that said funds named after their manager's name provided a higher rate of return. Hmmm

"Capital management" usually goes in the management company name, not the hedge fund name. Put something like "partners" or "fund" or "investments" in the name, like "Oasis Fund, LLC" or "Oasis Investment Partners, LLC"

 

I think you have to put LLC, Corp, Corportation or Limited Liability in the name. At least here in Florida you do.

 

Long Term Capital Management, see what happened to them, trying to get all fancy and stuff with their name?

Yea, I think LLC is required at the end of the name.

Aaron, the way your fund is structured, Schindler Fund is the actual hedge fund and Schindler Trading is the sole proprietership managing the fund, correct?
