"Capital management" usually goes in the management company name, not the hedge fund name. Put something like "partners" or "fund" or "investments" in the name, like "Oasis Fund, LLC" or "Oasis Investment Partners, LLC"
I think you have to put LLC, Corp, Corportation or Limited Liability in the name. At least here in Florida you do.
