6??? I'm not sure you're aware that these are 23" panels. 6 of those would be about 3m / 9 foot wide! You'll be flat out gettin the 4 onto your desk... I like the "Cinerama" setup with the 3 monitors. Nice dream, but no way in the world would I need more than 3 of those, way enough, the "Grand Canyon" with the 4 mons would completely take the sea view from my office window, not to mention any other view or ray of light...
I'm using a Micro$hit Bluetooth mouse for the last 4 months or so and it's been working fine (more or less) so far. The only problem is that the Micro$hit Bluetooth receptor can't seems to connect to any other Bluetooth device, what a POS. For how long did it work for you? This the last time I'm buying Micro$hit hardware. I hear only bad things about them. TM Trader
These are two very different setups. The question should have been "Why not connect the same array of monitors to both machines through a multi KVM?". But you didn't ask that did you?
Another crucial lesson to learn during a computer-user's evolutionionary process. Survival of the fittest. I wonder why Darwin seems to have forgotten operating systems, though. Somehow, everything is different there. I've heard so much bad stuff about bluetooth, I thought it was long dead, like 2 years ago?
