Usually drink 10oz of water (Luke warm) as soon as I wake up
I have heard about the hot water theory too.
I need to totally change my regimen. I'm getting frustrated of not being able to drop these 40lbs.
    I need to work harder.

I drink raw cacao with warm water and a dash of soy milk. Cacao is the most antioxidant-rich food in the world.

That hasn't been the experience of Ray Cronise, though he doesn't do much exercise. He often goes on long fasts (like 20 days) under strict medical supervision with no adverse results.

  6. I would agree that these type diets much education and supervision from professionals. I prefer to manage my weight by maintaining a heathy gut. Many people have now idea how much your gut impacts weight and a whole host of other conditions. Keep a good intake of prebiotics as well as natural probiotics and you'll see many benefits, including just feeling better. I much prefer Kefir and a banana to an off the shelf protein drink, and IMO it's better for you.
