Yes, I know about those tweaks. Just seems like these are a couple of efforts to package all the best ones into an extension. Nobody "needs" this, but wouldn't it be simple, fast, and convenient if 10, 20, or 40 tweaks were automatically executed so we wouldn't have to go into 'about:config' 10, 20, or 40 individual times? Then maybe have to do it all over again on a reinstall? THAT'S why!!
