Faster Way To Place Futures Orders

Presets for attached orders https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=19017. Settings apply on both TWS and Mobile, at the least.

Need more info about what tool you are using. BookTrader on TWS? Mobile?

I'm using TWS desktop.

When I was using TWS I noticed that placing a bracket exit order, after entering into a position, was rather cumbersome and error-prone. I decided to change my way of working: enter into a position manually in TWS and write some Java software to generate the exit bracket order automatically. So, after an entry order was filled I run that software to create and submit the exit bracket order. Once that exit bracket order was placed could I manually modify the price in TWS if I so desired. The exit bracket order was created and submitted much faster than when I did it manually.

 

I like using our FREE order entry software which allows me to easily program preset exit strategies that may a bit advanced with multiple exits, trailing stops and more but you can set it up very easily....

It wont....it will work through us as brokers, been in same location since 1988. We offer multiple platforms and our core business is futures trading.
