well two days in a row above 8400 not bad for the market. I think it bodes well for the market continuing upwards. The daily charts show today as closing just about as down as it has been getting for the previous few weeks' down days. I think tomorrow will be up, but as always we'll see.... Anyone holding anything?
For disclosure sake. I'm holding my jun 9 FAZ calls. I got enough days to be right....or wrong. Who knows!! Edit: I also think your analysis of the strong close is correct. We'll see how it plays out though. Nonetheless, a relentless upward move.
Hey just for the record. I started this thread as a place for fun discussion about the Market, FAS/FAZ and the russel and other financial derivitives. I am hoping to learn from participating in this thread, not tell people what to do... Just to keep things straight and for disclosure sake, I am net negative on my cost basis (unless you figure in the commission rebate I have confirmed I am receiving, then I am barely net positive). I do well at times and really poorly at times. When I say what I think is going to happen, it is just that, it's what I think, it's for the sake of argument and discussion and being able to say what I think and record it and have it validated or proven wrong by the market action and then discussed, so please don't anyway take anything I say as intended as advice to anyone. I am VERY newb, and if it weren't for the fact that I was getting a rebate on my first month's trading, I would be net negative. Haroki, I forgot to mention the rebate in my PM to you, so yes I am slightly by $25 net positive. Yep tha'ts right, $25 dollars worth of profit for approximate 1 month's worth of trading. So just keep that in mind before you decide to follow my advice, OR before you decide to get pissed of that me a newb is giving advice and/or stroking my ego. I am here to have fun and to learn and hopefully make some freinds (and hopefully some investors/lenders) along the way. That's all I have to say about that....See you in the morning.
