  4. Are you living in a friggin rat hole or something? China and Russia have been messing around with other countries since their Communist inception. WTF, are you an idiot????? Actually you answered that yourself.

Who do you think armed and trained all the communists in South East Asia??? And the 1 million Chinese that poured over the border to fight in the Korean war, that's not meddling?

Russia has been all the Baltic states in Europe and Afghanistan in the middle east. Not to mention propping up Cuba.

People like you certainly don't get it, can't see a damn difference between responsible parties that own weapons and irresponsible ones. I tried to use a simpleton example but here it goes again.. Why don't you just give weapons to all the criminals in your town, it's ok right, because law abiding citizens have guns so why not the violent criminals, just let them outta jail and hand them a gun. Because according to you it's ok, and people shouldn't be pissing in their pants, right hommie?

  5. You're probably right about the SKer not being able to defend themselves, but they're really good at demonstrating!

Well at least the SKers have their Hyundai container ships, they could just flee in them.

I'm sure there are a lot of NKers that believe in the propoganda but I know there are a lot of them that don't and this is from the refugees that escape.

I used to have some Russian co-workers and asked them if they believed the anti-US propaganda they were subjected to while growing up there. They said for the most part they knew it was just the government doing it's PR thing. Mainly because the government was so protective of any outside info getting in and having some much control, and the fear thing certainly didn't help to convince them.

  6. Kim Il-Jong is getting really desperate.

He's threatening to launch a nuclear tipped ICBM.

Western intelligence doesn't believe they are so equipped or able.

At any rate, something will have to be done.

These constant threats are becoming destabilizing.

I feel badly for the citizens of North Korea.

  7. History repeats itself over and over.

Hitler, Hussein, Livermore and many many others including now Mr Kim Jong will have gone or will go to great lengths in order to self-destruct.

And there is nothing anybody can do to stop it.

It's all psychological. Their own subconscious was/is their own enemy, but they couldn't see it.

It strikes me that there are a bunch of people who use any crisis to indulge in Bush/USA bashing They clearly have not thought out the issue. The USA have used the bomb ( wisely or unwisely). The North Korean regime starve their people, manufacture narcotic drugs and counterfeit foreign currency - because they need the money. How long will they resist the temptation to sell a bomb, never mind the technology, to a terrorist organisation.
