Well it's rather complex. So no I won't. But I can assure you that Dr. Paul's philosophy isn't isolationist. It's just non-interventionist which the commies and leftists confuse with isolationism.
There is a difference between non-intervention and isolation. A very large difference. Ron Paul had many flawed ideas - and in the end, he was just another career politician - but isolationism is not an accurate representation of his stated policies.
Career politician? Wtf? What's the matter with you people. Define 'career politician'. Someone who speaks his truth even if its an unpopular one? Someone who practiced medicine for 20 years? Jesus. You people either don't read or you just make shit up as you go along.
well that's good enough for me I don't know what it is And nobody can explain it to me So next time I am going to vote for the "Isolationist" party I've already voted for all the rest, and look where that got me
When you vote Pub or Dem, for the most part, you are voting isolationist. Obama, Bush (especially) et al, all were more isolationist than most understand.
so that's good? as long as I vote republican or democrat (from an isolationists point of view) I am doing the right thing?
First political appointment: 1974 First year in political office: 1976 Last year in political office: 2012 Yes - career politician.
Isolationist - someone who doesn't start enough wars. Non-interventionist - someone who only starts wars for "really good reasons".
