Far month order entry at CBOT

I wanted to enter into far month contract for CBOT product, but exchange does not allow STOP LIMIT or STOP with LIMIT order.

Please suggest any other method to enter to avoid bad-fill.

(1) Use a limit order and be patient. (2) Don't waste your time & money with illiquid contracts.

 

What is the product and are you intramarket spreading?

 

Kinda risky IMO taking a position that far out. My guess is you are going up against bigger players who can push the price against you pretty easy. Look at the months that have decent volume and stick to those.
