your BMI is "24.4".. barely "normal" weight. another "0.6" you are considered overweight. (actually your 20lbs overweight now) everyone can benefit from less cals wherever they can
But it tastes SO GOOD and has essential amino acids, vitamin B12 and B6, zinc and iron. Everything in moderation. I'll have some India Pale Ale and a nice Caesar Salad with it, and enjoy life.
