  1. that's a "T-Bone" one of the WORST cuts
    -495 calories, 35g of fat/8oz

and it's being CHARRED, which is worst way to cook it!

AVOID it like the plague, won't kill you as fast but just as sure :D

  2. Or....just drink a nice red wine, that will block about half of the fat from being absorbed by your body, if that's what you are worried about

  3. ok, so now we need to consume another 300-400+ cals of wine ...

so what are we eating this meal alone...
1500 calories? No wonder you are fat :D

how about this novel idea... I don't eat it at all "blocking" 100% of the fat and ALL the calories LOL :D

  4. Wine calories are irrelevant to me. I'm 6'2 190 lbs so I am anything but fat :D

  5. your BMI is "24.4".. barely "normal" weight. another "0.6" you are considered overweight. (actually your 20lbs overweight now)

everyone can benefit from less cals wherever they can :D

  6. But it tastes SO GOOD and has essential amino acids, vitamin B12 and B6, zinc and iron.

    Everything in moderation.

I'll have some India Pale Ale and a nice Caesar Salad with it, and enjoy life.

  7. That is BS, NO ONE who sees me ever says I'm overweight. Most of the time I get "You're so trim". What a crock that BMI scale is :D

  8. of course they say that..they are even
fatter than you so if they told you the
truth, that you are over-the-weight for
health, then they'd have to admit to
themsleves that they are really fat and
    unhealthy :D
