I agree that they are not liable for someone taking their own life, unless they defrauded the kid, which would result in a huge civil award. My point is the "know your customer" rule mentioned earlier by Arnie.

What the bloody fuck were they doing assigning the position and not exercising his longs? many brokers will force the cover of a position where your net liq does not support exercise/assignment.

The CEO is fucking retarded. Full stop. They absolutely should be shut down. 1000s of instances of fraud; theft of accounts, no SMS challenge on withdrawals, etc.

I am all for memestonk vola. You know what I made today on that nothing of a position. I think that at some point the regs need to matter.

  5. Jessie's suicide may have something more sinister.
If I recalled correctly, his wife was married 3 times and all her 3 husbands committed suicide.

There's this law (don't know which state(if US at all)), wheres if you p*** off someone for many years in a row & that person kills you, the killer might escape free because he was abused.
RH had a part in his decision making process & these days such factor has a decent weight in the courtroom.
(like those marriage prenups that gets denied and guy still has to pay half to the gold digger, because at the moment when she signed it, she was ,,effected'' by emotions etc...)

Such great ,, idea " of suicide, didn't felt out of a clear sky onto that guy, there was a catalyzer.
And quite big. :/ Down $1 mil. Woah.

Tom Bilyeu, recruited new workers for his first factory in some downtown ,,hood". In interview he asked the same question :
,,How much money you would like to make in your wildest dreams ?"
    To quote him :
,,And i was surprised because every single young person was like - 1 million."
    (Mans net worth ~$400M)

And here, without wild dreams, in few moments & in ,,reality" -
    -$700 000.

RH was doing dumb mistakes for long enough, about time something ,,dumb" happens to them.

    Justice/balance/karma.

Besides , mil there or there, ain't gona hurt.

    Lol.

    In the courtroom :
,, Ladies & Gen.... Let me represent you -
    Vlad,
the stoooOoock ImpaleeEr &&&&&&& his legal team"

    I have a CFA.
I also learned that options only need to be priced via put call parity.

so I must be pretty dumb.
