I sleep by 8 pm and wake up before 4 am. My issue is that trading is getting real boring.

  2. @sridhga did you find out the reason for that? I mean its the way how you trade? or you are newbie and don't understand much about trading?

Have you tried to analyze the situation and trade on older timeframes so as not to be constantly near the monitor, keeping trades open for days or even weeks?

My trades may be open for days. I just need to loo at the monitor every 15 minutes. I just have at most three positions maximum at any given point of time. So, I just track three charts once every 15min.

Why do you need to look at the monitor every 15 minutes and monitor the charts if you are a swing trader and hold trades for days? What does it give you except stress and sleepiness?

Great! Good trading is boring. Excitement tends to end in bankruptcy.

Try to find a way to automate your system, or at least your stops. If you have hard rules but can't code, hire someone to do it for you.

Your health is your most precious asset.

    Best trading to all.

  9. I can understand this. pretty important for some traders. 15 min chart is crucial.
