Falling asleep at the trading desk

    That is so 70's and 80's. We are in the new millennium where you can reverse a car by touchscreen, and you can pay for stuff with a phone!! :cool:

  4. Been there, man. Quick breaks, a splash of water, and some snacks like nuts usually do the trick for me. Solid sleep the night before helps big time too!

  5. Congratulations on Gukesh's victory. If you keep fighting Americans on this forum you might have found a way to not to fall asleep. Don't worry too much of what they may say.

    I don't day-trade. I swing trade (multi-day). But I actively change my trailing stops during the day based on different price points the scrip is at.

    Music will help, I mean it does help me at least. You can try energy drinks of course but that is unhealthy. Also I often use YouTube for entertainment as well as education, so that can be helpful too.
