i had the same problem. but i was falling asleep everywhere in day time. i finally traced it to a vitamin D deficiency.
markets have inertia and tend to keep doing the same thing so this is good advice. NOW i am following it too though i followed Brooks for a decade or so and traded everything at all times. i used to trade to kill time and it was expensive. now i trade for usd and the last two respective days i made 1400 and 744 in about 3 hours after the news releases. I am learning this harsh truth killing time means killing money.

did not know you day trade. you are a professional why should you day trade?. i do not think you have time on your hands and day trading is the most challenging thing in markets there is no big money in it -only big thrills-.
