I thought the video was overly dramatic, the usual corporate bs. To succeed, you don't NEED to fail. Hell, I'd rather be lucky than good. But failure is not all that bad, you fail, whoop de doo, get up and try again, and you have a great opportunity to learn from the experience! But any day of the week I'd choose winning over losing and "learning something"
