As far as I am aware it's well known fact that jail population has lower IQ scores than general population in average.

Intelligence and culture is irrelevant in the big scheme of life, because the real game is survival. The reality is the human race is getting darker by the minute. As a result the demographics in North America, Australia, and Europe are changing dramatically.
I am amused by this thread. So far no one has said blacks are as smart as whites or asians. But we know that is not the liberal P.C. line of thought. Because we are not allowed to acknowledge differences in race or sex. So I ask are blacks superior athletes to white. Lets start with a discussion with explosive movements in sports. Are the races genetically different physically? If not why do blacks seem to dominate the premier speed events in track. Why do they dominate the speed positions in American football. Is there a genetic difference or is it cultural? Is it racist to say that blacks make better running backs in American football because of genetics? How many black guys move with grace and fludity and power of Michael Jordan. How many white guys. Do you think it is genetic. How many white guys have won an NBA dunking contest? How many white guys have won 100 meter races in top college or professional track? How many white guys have won speed events in Olympic track. May we acknowledge physical differences? If not I think we need affrimative action for white guys in highly paid professional sports positions.
This is a lame argument that has been used often. If you agree with this logic than you are conceding that blacks are physically superior to whites and asians are intellectually superior to whites. Are you sure you want to make this point?
The entire genetic arguments, are in my opinion as fully UnAmerican as you can get. We preach equality, and that anyone can do anything with their life, through hard work, effort, determination, etc. To suggest that the limits of potential of a member of a particular race lie in genetics, is a pathetic excuse, and as used by the racists to rationalize their feelings of superiority over others due to the color of their skin is unconscionable... For those who use the athletic arguments, all you have to do is look to Larry Bird, a slow white guy who couldn't jump to understand that champions and championships are borne of heart and burning desire, not genetics....
