Would that be in micro lots or mini lots ? Over here in the UK we have something called The Civil Service who run the administration of the country. I expect there is something similiar in the US. They are largely unknown, faceless people who try to rein in their ultra stupid political bosses from making awful decisions. The useless politicians come and go but they labour on selflessly for the good of the country. Could just get rid of the elected clots at the top and have a 1 party state run by the Civil Servants !! Uni grads aged about 20 join for life, none of this coming and going election nonsense where money and publicity machines make the decisions as to who is elected. Whatya think ? Integrity before selfish greed or what ??
