At my last visit to the VA Hospital during my last vacation to the States...they saw a "surprisingly large increase" in the cases of whooping cough among the children of military soldiers who decided to ignore "free vaccinations" for their dependents. Regardless, my family and I are part of a global study of U.S. veterans living abroad or within the United States. The study monitors veterans and career soldiers for the remainder of their lives including any dependents that volunteer for the study. So far, the VA metrics show several Covid vaccines as being "safe" and the VA still offers the Covid vaccine for free. Why the VA? The VA typically has been the tip of the spear for the U.S. vaccination program since George Washington vaccinated the continental soldiers with the smallpox vaccine to help win the Revolutionary War. Today, the vaccination program for our soldiers is the same as it was when I entered the military. The same when my old man entered the military from the ROTC program to go to Vietnam. It was the same for my grandfather during WWII/Korean War, and the same for my great grandfather for WWI... Every U.S. President and their family members have been vaccinated against the diseases, epidemics or Pandemics of their time since George Washington. All have lived long into their elderly years and not one have died because of a "vaccine injury". The exception are the few who were assassinated...denying them honor of dying long into their elderly years. The only President to be injure from a disease was FDR and he developed Polio about 15 years before the vaccine was developed against Polio. Last of all, Trump & his family are fully vaccinated and boosted. He seems to be OK and the same with everyone in his family.
