Any of you guys actually use facebook? Regardless of whether it performs as a company or not, the acceptance by users of detailing actual ID disturbs me immensely. This is market research in action for compulsory tagging, chipping, electronic tracking.... A software company? I'll say.
How can he honestly say it is not a social networking site? Why allow everyone to access it then? Initially it was only college students now you don't need to be part of a college to join it also. Isn't that social networking?

Mark Z is being sued by ConnectU for stealing their ideas when they hired him to write some code for them. Basically he started facebook two weeks after working for them using their ideas!! I beleive the hearing starts 8th August. Steve Jobs he aint!
