What percent of the entire treasury stock are they dumping on the markets? Usually they only put out 10% or less of total shares just to get people to fight and pump the price up so that the insiders could dump later.
here's my play by play. limit open order at 39 if that order doesn't hit (likely to be the case), buy in at 42 (assuming of course, it doesn't open high) if there's upwards momentum. above 42, not going to touch it. doubt there will be shortable shares today, but that would be another play because it will sell off in the afternoon with the rest of the market before the larger dip on monday
That is helpful. So LNKD didn't trade until after 10am, and by that time it had already spiked from $45 to around 80...
