I just don't see the valuation, is there any way to get a look at the financials? I would like to see the income statement and the cash flows just for shits & grins. I really don't think the 25 billion dollar figure would be justified by reality.

BTW- I just deleted my facebook account. I don't know why I had it other than to catch up with old friends. Now I know why they are old friends.....LOL

    Agreed!

Btw, my old Friends from High School? I found out that not many grew up, and the girls who were so "hot" are now akin to Jabba the Hut.:D The "jocks" from High School (which I wasn't), didn't have the time of day for me back then. After they went to my pics section on F/B, they started asking, "hey ol' buddy, can you help me put together a diet?" Lol!!!

Despite the laughs I had seeing those who were the "in crowd" in High School become zeros today, I'm still glad I deleted the F/B from my life as it's a complete and total waste of time imo. People wanting to cheat around, and all of the gosspiy bullshit drama isn't for me. I get enough drama with three teen Sons... :D

  8. Ownership can still change hands even though the company is private.

By calculating a % of the "fair market value" of the company, and coming up with an agreed upon offering price by the board of directors.

The F/B stock is not a Reg D offering, btw which is a totally different animal.
