I believe that government policies, both republican and even more so democrat, are a serious impediment to job creation. As long as people are on the dole and and rely upon government for their daily bread there is no forcing function vote in politicians that will create policy for greater job creation.
I find it difficult to believe you think interest rates, NAFTA, H1B, liberal immigration policies ...... etc have no bearing in job creation ( and job retention ). Let me take a guess, you're a fan of Ayn Rand?
Unemployment benefits should be 3 months maximum. If you can't get a job in 3 months, you are not trying hard enough.
Honest hardworking people are unemployed as a result of the greed of those in places able to game the system and did so magnificently. Clawback bonuses and salaries of the super rich to feed the poor.
