Regardless of the Obama vs Trump debate I can assure you as an employer that finding employees (both full time and part time) is the biggest challenge in business right now.
I'm not having a Trump vs. Obama debate. I'm just saying the government statistics need to be taken with a very big grain of salt. If you're having trouble finding employees, that is a good thing for the employee. That's what causes wages and working conditions to increase. When something is rare, it becomes more valuable.
The numbers are still relevant even if there is a bias in the way data is collected, as long as the same bias persists, then the important information is in the change and relative numbers.
